The company understands its obligations in the area of human rights and ethical conduct. Anyone who may be affected by Archer’s operations, whether client, staff or member of the public, can submit their issue confidentially to: whistleblower@archerinternational.co.uk. Furthermore, anyone who has a grievance against the company, whether an employee or third party, has access to the Archer Grievance Policy which can be found below.

Archer is an affiliate of ICoC, an association to promote, govern and oversee implementation of the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC) and to promote the responsible provision of security services and respect for human rights and national and international law in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
Archer is a participant member of the United Nations Global Compact, which is an initiative to encourage businesses worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies, and to report on their implementation and progress.
Overseas Security Advisory Council(osac)
OSAC is a partnership between the U.S. Department of State and the private-sector security community that supports the safe operations of U.S. organizations overseas through threat alerts, analysis, and peer network groups. The OSAC community collaborates in regional- and sector-specific committees to keep members informed, connected, and better equipped to manage complex security challenges around the world. Archer are members of the Juba, South Sudan chapter.
